Our role is to keep your books accurate, organized, and audit-ready. However, we do not act as Power of Attorney or represent clients directly with the IRS in audits, appeals, or tax court. If that situation arises, we’ll make sure your books are clean and complete, and we’ll coordinate with your CPA or tax attorney to support you.

Formal Tax Strategy or Advisory

We handle the preparation of accurate books and tax-ready financials, but advanced tax strategy—such as entity structuring, deductions planning, or long-term tax optimization—should be guided by a CPA or tax attorney. We’re happy to collaborate with your advisors to ensure they have the data they need to build the best plan for you.

Certified Financial Audits

We provide accurate, executive-ready financial reports that give you a clear picture of your business performance. These reports are not CPA-certified financial audits. If a certified audit is ever required, we’ll ensure your records are complete and organized to make the process as smooth as possible.
